Cell Phones

PCMS understands that cell phones are a very important part of the middle school student’s life. With that said, they are not allowed to be used in the school building. This means before, during or after school. If it is seen in a student's hand, it will be assumed turned on. It will then be confiscated and given to the assistant principal, who will then return it to a parent or guardian. There are phones designated for each grade to use in the event a child must call a parent.

MAY's Character Trait is....

Please Take Our Building Plan and Bond Survey

The district is gathering community input on a plan to relieve overcrowding.  Your open and honest input is critical to help us truly understand the views of the community.

Please take 10 minutes to provide your feedback by completing this survey.
All responses are confidential.   Results will be shared once they are analyzed.

If you would prefer to take this survey on paper, a printed version will be in your mailbox the week of April 18.

Student Residency Verification Tip Line

We work to ensure that students who attend our schools actually live within the boundaries of the district.  Non-resident students may not attend school without formal permission from the Central Office and are required to pay tuition.   If you have information about any non-resident students who are attending our schools without permission, please send an email to:  nonresidencytips@portchesterschools.org.
All tips will be treated as strictly confidential.
