From the Principal

Our outstanding faculty and staff, supportive parents and dedicated students help to foster a solid educational and emotional environment in which learning and the personal growth of each student are given the highest priority. The accomplishments of our students in the classroom, on standardized tests, and in a wide range of activities are the main source of excellence for students and staff.
Port Chester Middle School, "A Blue Ribbon School", has a long-standing tradition of excellence. The faculty and staff are committed to continuous improvement and to building upon that excellence. The continual support of the Board of Education, Central Administration and the Parent Teacher Association has inspired our students and staff to work to their greatest capacity to fulfill our mission. "Success for Every Student".
I would like to remind our students that they must learn to take personal responsibility for their own success.  I encourage each student to participate in after school activities and to seek advice from teachers, their counselor or their principals whenever there is a need.  When students show pride in their school, when they get involved, and when they study hard, their years in middle school will be a great success.
